Lost & Found Policy
The Hotel
is not responsible for any item that is mislaid or left behind and cannot guarantee that all items will be found.
If an item is found in a guest bedroom or within the hotel premises, it will be recorded and safeguarded for six months. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
The hotel will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your lost property enquiry. Please include the mailing address to which the Lost Property items should be returned.
The hotel is happy to return Lost Property items within the Republic of Ireland by the “DPD” courier service, at the hotel’s own expense.
Should you prefer to use an alternative postal method at your own expense, please indicate using this form.
For Lost Property items which are to be sent outside of the Republic of Ireland, upon receipt of this form the hotel will contact you to request credit card details for payment of the postage & packaging.
